Triage Services
Sometimes the most significant threat to maintaining an active, enjoyable life is not a sudden medical emergency, but a gradual decline in wellness. Larksfield Place is proactively helping minimize such declines. Our Triage Committee is a group of caring staff members who can be thought of as a neighborhood watch team for wellness.
The committee is comprised of the Directors of Nursing, the Fitness Club, the Dining Room, Community Services, Housekeeping, and Supportive Health Services, and is led by Diana Casebolt-Hayes, Vice President of Independent Living.
