Our Supportive Health Service offers the option of home health care in your Apartment Home or Villa, along with an office where residents can check blood pressure or simply ask a quick question. Our Triage Service is a group of Larksfield Place staff who watch for signs of declining health, and work with residents to restore health.

The Larksfield Place Health Center is located on our campus. Highly trained and experienced nurses, activity directors and staff use an integrated disciplinary approach in caring for each patient.
