At Larksfield Place, we want you to remain independent, to enjoy your home, and to receive the best health care according to your needs. Larksfield Place Supportive Health Services provides the opportunity for community members to receive a helping hand, without moving to a complete-care living arrangement.
Whether you require assistance with organizing your medications, or regular visits for greater assistance, Larksfield Place Supportive Health Services is here for you. An on-site clinic is open for those times when traveling to your physician’s office may not be necessary, or you would like a consultation with a registered nurse. We offer blood pressure checks and regularly conduct blood tests to monitor blood sugar levels with doctor’s orders.
Larksfield Place Supportive Health Services, licensed by the State of Kansas, hires, trains, and manages a staff of certified home health aides. A registered nurse supervises the aides and completes regular assessments to ensure that our community members’ needs are being met, using the highest standards.
